Luminous Social Cookie Policy
Luminous Social · planned entity: Luminous Social LLC
Last Updated: July 29, 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how the operator of Luminous Social ("we," "us," or "our"), currently doing business as Luminous Social, uses cookies and similar technologies on luminoussocial.com and the Luminous Social dashboard (the "Service"). It supplements our Privacy Policy (https://luminoussocial.com/legal/privacy).
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage and session storage, which store data in your browser for the same kinds of purposes. In this Policy, "cookies" refers to all of these technologies.
2. Cookies We Use
We use the following categories:
- •Strictly necessary — authentication and session cookies (including Supabase auth cookies), security tokens (such as CSRF and OAuth state values), and load-balancing cookies. These are required for login and core features to work and cannot be switched off in the product.
- •Functional / preferences — settings such as interface preferences, stored in cookies or local storage so the Service remembers your choices.
- •Analytics / product — first-party measurement of feature usage and reliability, if enabled, used only to operate and improve the Service.
- •Advertising — we do not use third-party advertising cookies and do not permit cross-site tracking for advertising on our site.
3. Consent
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because the Service cannot function without them. If we introduce non-essential analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required by applicable law (including PIPEDA, provincial privacy laws, GDPR, and ePrivacy rules), obtain consent through a cookie banner or similar tool before setting them.
4. Third-Party Cookies During Integrations
When you connect an Integration (for example Meta, Google, or TikTok) or pay through Stripe, you may be redirected to that provider’s own pages, which set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not control those cookies. Review the relevant provider’s cookie and privacy policies for details.
5. Managing Cookies
Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies through their settings, and clear local storage through site data controls. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent login and break core features of the Service.
6. Changes and Contact
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time; the "Last Updated" date will change when we do.
